Poor Support is one thing, but system down time is completely unacceptable!

Sorry!  But, this is the second time in less than a week that processing that we expect to happen, is not!  Last week it was forms processing to give alerts to the group that takes leads and reassigns them.  So no alerts for over 12 hours!  Today, we loaded a couple of lists this morning.  Well, we asked for them to be loaded.  Still not loaded as of now.  The worst part you ask?  Oh yeah!  We have an important communication that MUST go out in the morning!

 

Oh, since this is a support thread.  I'll point out that we can't talk to anyone about his on the phone.  All we can do is create a support request and wait.  Next update is 9:00 AM which is past the time we need to send our email.  What's our plan you ask?  We're probably going to have to use Email Open if you've ever heard of that.  Thanks Oracle!  Miss you Eloqua!!!
