Hi Guys,
Please help me understand what I am doing wrong.
Before Eloqua support was migrated I could click on the link to support inside the application and log a case or check on my existing one.
Now once I click on support I am taken to Oracle portal where I need to spend another minute or 2 signing on.
Is there a what go from the Eloqua application to support without have to fill another form?
