Both of the links posted work fine for my contact and any contact email address I paste in.
I did notice that they are redirecting to https://secure.eloqua.com/apps/profiler/index.aspx?emailAddress=mark.roskowske%40showmecables.com instead of secure.eloqua.com/pp/pp.aspx
