Hi Kevin,
The problem is that Eloqua keys off of email address so you have to change the email address in Eloqua when there is an update. There are a few ways to help make this better:
1. You can upload changed emails and use the 'update email address' function when uploading emails.
2. Set up your sales reps with a way to "change" it Managing Email Address Changes from your CRM
3. You can set up a simple form to change it and use the "change email address" processing step
