Greg Staunton - For the first program you described, did you not find, that because of the evaluation times of steps in standard mode, someone could potentially be sent the email a day after you originally intended? From my quick calculations, at 15 minutes a step, it could take around 24 hours to run through the whole program. Or, are the send times wide (i.e. 9-5 in that countries time-zones, for each time-zone in question?).
In the second program (which I love the sound of!), how many emails did you analyze, before taking that number as the 'ideal' time to send to the contact?
