Hi Alex,

So you would drag the item over into your canvas from the right-hand side of the campaign canvas tool (when the canvas is not active) and you would place it where you want it to be.  You'll then need to direct the right paths to and from it (to make the spaghetti-type lines appear correctly indicating how people get to and leave the step).  After that you double click the step and it allows you to configure it just like any other item on the campaign canvas.   if you're looking for any page on the site the step will be find you'll just need to configure the timeframe of the visit that matters to you (i.e. did someone visit the site in the last 3 days, last 7 days, etc.).  If you're looking for a set page you'll need to be a bit more specific so you'll need to build a shared filter (instructions can be found here http://topliners.eloqua.com/community/know_it/blog/2012/05/02/shared-filters) and then you would use the campaign canvas decision called "Shared Filter Member?" and when you double click it to configure it you would select the filter you created as the filter that is being used by the step.

Best,

Lauren
