Thanks for the insight and resources everyone. Not sure if you guys are familiar with the WYSIWYG but Eloqua does not provide access to the code within the application. Attached is the HTML Source when I "View Source" via outlook. All other Outlook versions are good. The issue only exists in Outlook 2013 .
