Uploading a file to the Componenet Library via Rest

Hello,

We would like to upload a file to the Assets/Component Library via Rest. Is it possible? 

Also, I have checked the example for uploading images but i couldn't make it work.  It uses the version 2.0. Even if i change to 1.0  still not working. It returns null. https://github.com/fredsakr/eloqua-samples/tree/master/image-helper
