Hi all, working through some enhancements to my organizations reporting and daily disciplines and I thought...why the heck am I doing this without asking my people?
We're trying to find the best way to help sales reps see what the next right indicated action is, and make it useful/actionable. So to that end I would like to know, what do you do? What metrics and details are most important? We currently show a lot of data about what tasks are open, what leads are waiting for attention but I don't think that's the right way to motivate them. I'm currently thinking of things like; accounts with low/no activity for a certain period, eloqua activity with suggested next steps, opportunities where the level of activity falls below estimates on what statistically works for closing the deal.
If you are willing to share screenshots either publicly or privately that would be amazing, but obviously I understand the challenges with that.
