Click-Through Logs

Hi,

1. Has anyone experienced that some click-through operations are not captured in Insight/Activity logs?

2. If yes, can we avoid this with settings?

3. There is "Manage Links" in Email configuration. What kind of cases do we need to select the check box of "Track"? It is not selected by default.
