Lead Score Models: I'm glad you like! You can't restrict viewing of lead score models by user, but we are exploring some ideas of how to set defaults for very large sales teams so that the sales reps themselves don't need to go in and set it - one suggestion has been to associate models to security groups. Do you think that would be useful?
Chart: yes, we made that change because we heard from users, that they wanted to use the chart to see, at a glance, the overall activity trend, but wanted immediately to go to the details. However, we have heard that the colour coding is something that others have missed, so it's definitely something we will consider as we continue to evolve the tool.
Subject Line: I couldn't agree more, we need to fix that to be more responsive to varying screen widths. Right now, it cuts off too early.
