Hi Tina Katic. Did support tell you why they are stuck in that step? Are they stuck in the step that fires the external call to associate them with the campaign?
if they are something is most likely wrong with this external call. Go to the step in rpogram builder and open it up. Open up the external call and test it manually. What happens? If it fails, it should give you a reason.
You could manually associate them assuming the associate to campaign external call functioning.
1. Export the members in that step to a spreadsheet
2. Create three columns in your spreadsheet - email, campaign ID and campaign status.
3. Upload this spreadsheet into Eloqua and add them to a contact group.
4. Place this contact group into a program that fires the Associate Lead/contact to campaign.
