I'm in this exact same situation right now, and I'm just wondering how you proceeded. And if you used the Eloqua WYSIWYG editor, how did you tackle mobile responsiveness there? Jeff Cullimore would appreciate your thoughts here too- the WYSIWYG editor meets all of our needs for this project except the mobile part from what I can tell...
