I'm reading my student guide for the Eloqua University course Eloqua 10: Insight for Reporters, and trying to replicate things described there. The student guide states that you can drill from within a report to uncover other data ... okay, so far, so good. To drill, the guide says: "You can click on the data drop-down and select 'Drill', use the drill button on the Toolbar or right click on the Report column header and select 'Drill.' I get that not every report allows you to drill...
I'm following the steps suggested on the student guide, page 26, in my company's own Eloqua install. I run the Email Analysis Overview report and try to drill on Email Name. The report says "From the Data drop-down, click 'Drill' - A drill work area opens up on top of your Project." This is not happening - I don't see "Drill" as a menu option from the Data drop-down and there's no Drill icon showing. "Drill" also does not show up when I right-click on the report header. Did something change about Insight in the fall 2014 release, or am I doing something wrong?
