Agree with everyone that (1) just having Eloqua on your LinkedIn profile is not enough (no disrespek'); (2) balance of tech and biz is critical; (3) person needs to be adaptable more than they need to be an Eloqua Phenom (like Lauren Kincke) IF you have the time to ramp them up.
Eloqua or technical skill alone will not be enough; IMHO, the people getting the most out of automation tools on behalf of their employers are those leveraging the technology for business insights, which means you need to have a blend of business and marketing acumen to augment those tech skills. Nor is the business knowledge enough; I've seen people with 2+ decades of experience start to fade out beside "greener" colleagues when their lack of adaptability became painfully evident as automation platforms were introduced.
